Head of Quality

Job Role:

Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations within a GMP-compliant food manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous quality improvement. The role is responsible for driving product quality, batch release readiness, audit preparedness, and effective quality team leadership.

Job Description:

  • 7–12 years of experience in food quality or nutritional manufacturing
  • ⁠Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within Quality
  • ⁠Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
  • ⁠Hands-on experience in QA/QC, IPC, Batch Records, and Product Release
  • ⁠Experience in CAPA, RCA, Deviations, and Complaint Handling• Knowledge of NFSA requirements; SFDA knowledge is a plus
  • ⁠Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • ⁠Good command of English.
  • ⁠Preferred background in dairy, nutritional powders, supplements, or GMP-compliant food manufacturing.
