Job Role:

Lead and oversee powder production and dry-mix manufacturing operations within a GMP-compliant food manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets.
The role is responsible for managing production teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining smooth manufacturing and packaging operations.

Job Description:

• 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years in powder production or dry-mix operations
• Hands-on experience in Dry Mixing and Powder Handling
• Experience in Sachet / Stick Pack Production
• Experience with Auger Filling and VFFS machines
• Good knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards
• Proven experience in leading production teams and managing KPIs
• Strong operational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred background in milk powder, nutritional powders, supplements, or similar dry food manufacturing environments
